I have drawn the conclusion that this statement is applicable to many things in my life. I have focused my time and perspective on rediscovering the things I need to do or have always chosen to do without much consideration. I did not realize how much I missed. Eating junk and sitting at a desk has left me with less than 6 abs. Sitting all the time leaves me sluggish, I lack core strength, and clothing is snug and less comfortable. According to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the link between waist size and health is strong.
